Op al onze aanbiedingen, diensten en overeenkomsten zijn Nederlands recht en de Logistieke Services Voorwaarden 2014 (“LSV 2014”, klik hier om in te zien) inclusief het daarin opgenomen UNUM-arbitragebeding (artikel 14 LSV 2014) van toepassing. Op al onze wegvervoerdiensten zijn de AVC 2002 (klik hier om in te zien) van toepassing, met uitsluiting van de forumkeuze-clausule (artikel 29 AVC 2002). Op al onze (douane)expeditiewerkzaamheden zijn de Nederlandse Expeditievoorwaarden (“FENEX-voorwaarden”, klik hier om in te zien) van toepassing, met uitsluiting van het FENEX-arbitragebeding (artikel 23 FENEX-voorwaarden).
Wij wijzen uitdrukkelijk alle algemene voorwaarden van onze (contractuele) wederpartijen van de hand, tenzij wij uitdrukkelijk en schriftelijk instemmen met de toepasselijkheid van dergelijke algemene voorwaarden.

Dutch law and the Logistics Services Conditions 2014 (“LSC 2014”, click here to view the conditions), including the UNUM-arbitration agreement therein (Article 14 LSC 2014) apply to all our offers, activities and agreements. All our road transport services are subject to the AVC 2002 (click here to view the conditions), with the exclusion of the choice of forum-clause therein (article 29 AVC 2002). Our (customs)forwarding activities are subject to the Dutch Forwarding Conditions (“FENEX-conditions”, click here to view the conditions), with the exclusion of the FENEX-arbitration clause therein (article 23 FENEX-conditions).
We explicitly reject all general terms and conditions of our (contractual) counterparties, unless we explicitly agree in writing to the applicability of such general terms and conditions.
